"The cashier charged us twice and caused my sister account to go into a negative. It took them 3 weeks to refund her money. We called almost every day to speak to the manager and we got the run around. I am still upset about the situation. The hotel is nice and Ms. Susan was very helpful during this ordeal. Thank you Ms. Susan for assisting where as the manager did nothing."

"The weekend rates are comparable to nicer hotels , but don’t expect much for your money here! My room was soo horrible I had to move to another room. Amenities, None"

"Room was clean but was unable to receive a refund after booking for two nights and had a family emergency which only allowed me to stay one night. "

"There was a typically hotel breakfast. Everything was clean and my room was very large. The furniture in the room seemed misplaced and some of it was stained/had seen better days. My bed and bed sheets were clean and comfortable and that was what mattered the most. I wish the shower had better water pressure."

"This is literally still a Motel 6. While the desk staff were very courteous and helpful, the representation of this property as anything other than an extremely basic Motel 6 on Expedia is false advertising, and will be so until it is completely renovated. "
