Everything was fine. I didn’t see a desk representative this morning when I left the hotel but it was 4:45 am. I guess they will check me out at some point this morning. I’ve generally never left so early in past hotel visits.

Room was not cleaned properly. Old soap still in the shower and floors looked dirty. Expressed concerns to front desk immediately and asked for new room but they could not help. It was so bad we checked back out. Was told at the desk we could get refund but still haven’t seen that yet!

We waited an hour and a half past check in time, no apology or credit or anything. When we finally got to the room it reeked like wet dog. Breakfast was well stocked but tables were dirty, chairs and couches stained.

We stay at this hotel when we have to visit UAB hospital. We travel to Birmingham from South Alabama. This is always the cleanest and friendliest hotel. We’ve often had to extend our stay or change something. It has never been an issue and they are very accommodating.
