“$15 parking fee a day is excessive for being in that area it should have been free. $28 for a margarita is insane. The prices for everything in all to be in the suburbs was baffling to me. When in town for the magic city classic it just makes more sense for me to stay in the UAB hotel area for the same price with way more perks.”

“I did not like how Hot it was inside the building when you first walked in. The associate wasn’t friendly at all when I checked in. Then the room I was given had a really noisy A/c unit so it was hard for me to sleep that night. I solo travel for work so the area was nice and well lit. The room was clean but the A/c unit was very noisy and to me that’s unacceptable. The breakfast was terrible as well. Overall I would not be coming back to stay here.”

“I booked this hotel because of the reviews and it was close to the airport. The staff was nice when I arrived but after check-in and going to my room, I was on the ninth floor and it looked like they had a flood or something on the floor, they had industrial fans running.. the bed was the only thing that looked clean! The shower had long black hair all in the drain covering the strainer! We had a room right by the stairs and ALL night long the door slammed! Also the hotel has a main road on it……

“Nice size room and overall cleanliness was good but there was no hot water. After running it for 10 minutes, I ended up taking a shower with less than lukewarm water. It’d have been nice to take a hot bath after driving for hours. Next day, before check out time, housekeeper just barged into the room without knocking first which was just plain rude but I didn’t say anything other than we’re still here. Also didn’t care for the mattress. Bed comfort is subjective but this one didn’t feel like a……
