“Staff were friendly. The hotel boasts they are connected to the UAB Hospital but it is connected to the parking garage accessible from outside. The parking garage takes you to the hospital. The room we stayed in was in need of repair and maintenance came the evening before we checked out. There is no microwave in the room but there is a dinky one in the ice machine area sitting on a shelf that looks like may slide off, no table to sit your food on and wonder if it is clean. “This was our first time at this hotel and it was absolutely beautiful. The room was very spacious and clean; excellent breakfast with free drinks and snacks in the evening.”
