“The room smelled like bleach so bad our clothes smelled like it when we left. They also had me pay for the room even though it was already paid through my Expedia package. Thankfully Expedia contacted the property and they are supposed to refund the payment.”

“It was way overpriced. The value of being connected to the Riverchase Galleria mall is diminished when you consider the mall hours are from 11AM to 8PM. Otherwise the room was clean but a little outdated. Will probably find a less expensive option next time I visit. Was on the 15 floor on the mall side. View of the mall roof is nothing special.”
