Every aspect of this resort as 5 star. I travel with my 6 yr old granddaughter. Our room was clean fresh looking. The staff and food was on point. The pool and the the nightly s’mores and Bagpipe player was a BIG hit.

We reserved this room 3 months prior on Expedia. We got there on check in day, and they handed me a hand of paper stating we did not in fact have a room, and they were sending us 25 minutes down the road. Refund has not come through, they blamed Expedia. We won’t be staying here again and we will be spreading the word.

Nice hotel if you require no customer service. No bellhops wanted to help us and the valet was too busy chatting with his co-worker to help us. We gave us and did the work ourselves. Not a good look for a hotel that is "up scale". Will not be returning. I would avoid and save the money and just stay at the hotel motel instead.

Amenities close to early. Spa at 5? Hot tub at 10. I booked my wife a facial and massage from 11-2 on the day we were checking out. I called and asked for a late checkout to accommodate her spa schedule. The front desk told me they had people checking in that afternoon and could not help. Well, the hotel was almost empty and there’s no way they had 100% occupancy. Regardless, what a bd answer. I was willing to pay for an extra hour or 2 but the clerk apparently just didn’t want to help even though a just paid $500 for a spa treatment. I’ll go somewhere else next time

I called the day before check in for about 2 and asked about early check in knowing that more than likely I wouldn’t get it since I booked third party but the guy told me to call back the morning of and he would be able to tell me. I call about 10 and my room was ready!!!!!! I really appreciated that! The room was clean and my view was the golf course which I loved. The nightly bagpiper is always such a lovely part of the evening. It was a perfect trip.
