「We were only here for one night but we were very surprised how big our room was. Very nice area as well. The area was quiet, but the air conditioner was making a weird noise but other than that, we liked our stay and hotel. Also, super easy to watch TV and the streaming services were easy. 」

「Rooms were gigantic! Very roomy living space and kitchen. Refrigerator was full sized and kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Automated curtains were helpful in keeping room dark. Gym was very nice too. Only issue was minor - coffee could have been stronger. 」

「This was my second visit in six weeks. We wanted on son to experience the house and Birmingham. As my previous experience, it was lovely and we enjoyed the bird house room more. The bird house truly suits a family and my husband and son enjoyed having a TV in the room. I'm also happy to see some of my previous suggestions were implemented in just a couple of weeks. My best experience is still the other guests as well as the house. I will be back but it will not be so soon 😭😂.」

「Nice hotel, suite had 2 beds + sofa bed, full fridge, stove, pans, dishes, silverware, nice gated pool for little ones, only complaint pool was shaded by building/ a bit cold for night time swimming and the door from the pool to the lobby key access didn’t work, got locked out had to take long way around back in from pool, also hotels always confusing what smart tv apps are paid for and how to use each if not logged in when you turn on the tv」
