The food was satisfactory, except for the room. There was a hair on the pillow, which appeared to be left from a previous guest. Therefore, the pillowcase should not be changed. Additionally, the air conditioning was excessively loud, making it difficult to sleep. The carpet was not thoroughly cleaned and appeared dusty.

The bathroom flooded at an inconvenient time. I informed the front desk. The toilet runs constantly and didn’t flush. I was transferred to this room due to the previous room being right across the elevator which is loud. The buffet breakfast isn’t buffet, it’s eggs and sausage links/patties all week no other options outside of toast, bagels, and coffee…I definitely was disappointed with this Hyatt.

There was a syringe in the wastebasket in the room (they did refund one nights stay because of this). The floors in the room were sticky and dirty. The whole hotel smelled strongly of artificial cleaner scents. The breakfast options were meager and limited.

Very friendly staff, however, there were no essentials left for us in the room such as hand soap when we arrived, the room was not “ready”. Furthermore, after the first night I noticed a small stain on the sheet on the right side of the mattress. Upon checkout I pulled back the sheets to find a rather large orange stain that seeped through onto the sheets! Mortified! There was NOT a mattress protector on the bed! I truly expect more of the Hyatt brand! This was not a 3 star experience!

The front desk staff is decent, and the room size is acceptable. However, the hotel overall feels outdated and unclean. Housekeeping does not seem to clean the rooms properly, and the hallways are consistently dirty. The free breakfast offers the same options every day, and the food quality is very poor. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall decent experience. The room itself was comfortable and quiet, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s rest. However, the cleanliness of the overall property needs improvement. The elevator floors, in particular, were noticeably filthy and did not give a good first impression. With better attention to cleaning and upkeep in the common areas, this could be a much better stay.

The front desk staff were welcoming and pleasant. The property could use some serious cleaning and updates. This property probably has a shortage in housekeeping staff. It's unfortunate that I can't post the pictures of the room because the room was definitely neglected. Overall, our stay was subpar. We can say that we had shelter for our stay, but I definitely wouldn't check into this hotel again. Lesson learned!

The stay was overall average and honestly a bit below what I expected. When I arrived, the bed sheets had a visible stain and I had to call for replacements. The bathroom had a few issues as well the water only got lukewarm, the sink faucet was clogged, and the water would back up and sit in the sink when running it. Additionally, the door stopper/lock was broken and the microwave in the room did not work. Breakfast was also pretty mediocre and below average compared to other stays. While the location was convenient, the maintenance and amenities definitely need improvement. I likely wouldn’t choose this location again unless these issues are addressed.

Overall, I had a good stay with courteous, helpful staff. While the room was clean, it was a no frill place that felt like a lower value for what I paid. The carpet was heavily stained, the body wash bottle empty, and the blanket felt nearly as thin as the liner at the doctor’s office. I had all my basic needs met, but they aren’t pulling out the stops to make you feel like a guest that spent nearly 5-6 hours of pay for an overnight stay. Since you have a choice in where you stay, I would recommend another hotel.
