“We did not get much sleep. The noise from the interstate, traffic, planes, room a/c, and whatever hotel equipment running right next to the room was so loud we couldn’t get decent sleep. We kept hoping it would quiet down but it never did. This was by far the worst hotel stay we have had in decades. The staff was seemed inexperienced with the reservation system making for slow check in and out. I would not recommend!”

“This was a business trip so a clean, safe. quiet hotel with reliable internet are top priorities. My only minor gripe was the breakfast selection was missing yogurt and oatmeal (emphasis on minor gripe). I do have to give Don a big shout out for helping me with an early check in. Thx Don!!”

“The pool was closed when we checked in and we weren’t notified ahead of time. They were very helpful in approval or early check out the next day. Great breakfast! Very clean!”

“Poor maintenance staff things that are broken are not getting fixed. Suggest replacing all the locks on the doors. Got sent to three different rooms locks did not work on any of them. Breakfast was terrible don’t understand how you can screw up powered eggs but it happened. We will avoid all Holiday inn express in the future improvements need to be made.”
