伯明翰艾恩代爾酒店住宿推介

「卫生差」

「I think is normal」

「Nice」

「TV didn't work and we were told there was no one there to fix it. Bathroom had no exhaust fan. Room would not stay cold. Bed was hard as a rock. Breakfast was not included. Had to be paid for separately and was a typical continental breakfast」

「Great」

「A prettu average hotel. Nothing to write home about, but services were satisfactory.」

「My mother got stuck in the bathroom. The door would not open. No one from the hotel was able to open it so we had to call 911 for the fire department to open it. The hotel staff kept saying give them about 20 minutes because they had no one present to assist and their engineer lived far from the hotel. NOT ACCEPTABLE」

「Pros: Close to activity I was attending. Parking was easy and you were not charged a fee. Bed was comfortable. Cons: Decorative bed covers in my room had stains and my daughter’s room had blood stains on her’s. Need new wash clothes in bathroom, worn out and dingy. There was no hot water for a shower. My daughter had old fashion mouse trap behind couch in her room. TV would not completely shut down at bed time. Front desk personnel were not very friendly or thankful that we were there. Free...

「Nice hotel clean friendly staff」

「The hotel was ok. I wish the area was a little better, and the parking.」

「The front staff was helpful and friendly. However, the bathroom faucet wasn’t working. It appeared to be installed improperly.」

「The room was clean for the most part. But when we got there, there was throw up near the trashcan when you get out the elevators by the ice machine. We notified guest services and they said they didn’t have housekeeping after hours. Well the throw up and nasty trashcan stayed that way the entire weekend we were there. We couldn’t even get ice in our floor」
