“The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The……

“Great place to stay if you want an easy commute to down town without the fees of parking.”

“Property was in impeccable shape. I build a lot of hotels, they did a great job on that one. Nice staff and food was a lot better than expected. Hotel and resort food usually lets us down. Not this trip! Great wine list at Auld Alliance. Bryant, 100 Acre, SE and Sassicaia to name a few. Lunch out at the pool was excellent. We will be back. We love places that have the food and the wine! And we live 2 hours away.”

“Good stay. Breakfast was lackluster but not a deal breaker”

“It was way too hot and humid in the room for me. Walked in and seen a huge dehumidifier in the middle of the floor. Was not aware of it and was highly disappointed with the temperature. There was also black marks in the shower leading me to believe it wasn’t cleaned properly.”

“The room was adequate , nothing fancy, but TV was difficult to get working, and no instructions. However, the breakfast was horrible, unless you're a big fan of honeybuns and yogurt for breakfast. Ugh.”

“First room I had had floor damage but they remedied it by moving me rooms for contractor to repair floor. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Overall not a bad place to stay.”

“The entire facility needs to be redone. Lots of things are falling apart. Walls needs to be repaired starting in the lobby and inside of room. The outlet covers in the room were broken, there were two toothbrushes stuck in the drain in the sink. The smell in the room was so bad, couldn’t tell exactly if it was from water leaks or the fridge was too scared to open it.”
