「clean room」

「Property and the room that I stayed in were clean. A/C worked very well. Plenty of hot water when I showered. Room had a small refrigerator and a microwave. Had to figure out how to plug in the reading lights over the beds. Neither the telephone nor the clock radio were operational. TV was unplugged when I arrived. When I plugged it in and turned it on, there were no channels available to watch. All in all, it was a clean, safe, comfortable place to spend the night for a reasonable price.」

「Hotel is being remodeled and only had a bed in the room , no chair to relax in」

「Mold and wallpaper coming off the walls」

「Credit card was overcharged from purchases from the bar at the Victoria TX location. Still waiting for a call back as I was told 11/3/2026 that they were in a meeting. Today 11/4/26 - NOTHING. Told staff the first day that coffee marker in room didn't work. Thought they would bring one in with some clean towels the next day, but DID NOT.」

「The customer service is awesome and the employees were knowledgeable.」

「Staff very helpful.」

「Property was clean, convenient for our need for lodging. And nice for pet friendly.」
