Unfortunately, this trip was for the funeral of my dad. But, the staff was extremely accommodating for my family. We booked 3 separate rooms and they were able to place all of us next to each other.

Great hotel. Not much to do!

Fabulous hotel, nearly new and such a comfortable bed. Only problem is that there is nowhere to walk out to. To go for dinner we had to get in the car and discover a great Thai restaurant.

Laney provided exceptional service as the Front Desk Representative; her friendly demeanor and professionalism made a positive impression. However, the room itself felt quite outdated, with furnishings and decor that seemed in need of modernization. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows did not provide adequate support, which significantly affected the quality of my sleep. If the property underwent renovations to update the rooms and enhance comfort, I believe it would offer a much more enjoyable experience that would better align with its pricing.

I booked with them last minute and had a room ready almost instantly. I went up to my room got settled and the tried to watch the tv before bed. The picture was showing and then screen went black maybe five minutes of watching it. I called the front desk and they were not able to fix it then but offered to move me to the empty room next door. Amy was at the front desk and was very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was very good. It was a good start to my day. Thank you for the stay.

Front staff was very polite & courteous. It’s nice to see the outside getting a freshing up. The inside of the facilities need major update. Carpets are dirty especially in the room. Lamp shade was rusting, bathtub had cracks. Bed sheet from previous gust was not replaced. Took a picture, disgusting. Honestly one of the worst Hampton Inns I’ve ever stayed at. Please replace the carpeting in the room.

I didn’t like that it took so long to check in. I asked to change rooms because the room I got was hot and had a smell to it. The bathtub had caulking in places where the tub was worn out along the edges and also there was an indention in the bottom of the tub, where a puddle of water was standing. Also, The Internet did not work in my room and a staff member came upstairs to try to fix it and couldn’t so I had to go down to the lobby so the manager could figure it out. The second night day was better and the breakfast was sufficient.
