「Everything is immaculate in this place. Their rooms are clean and renovated (they cleaner rooms twice a day plus have a 24/7 house keeping service). Breakfast was amazing with a ton of variety including a lot of fresh fruit which is cut to your liking…but most important are the staff, all addressing you by name everywhere and always saying yes to whatever you ask for anywhere.」

「This was our second stay at Sunrise Diamond Beach Resort. We returned because our first visit was a very positive experience, and we were genuinely looking forward to coming back. Unfortunately, this time the experience was quite mixed and overall disappointing. The most noticeable issue was that the service felt very much on autopilot.
