“This resort was way above standards, housekeeping comes by twice a day and will come again if called. The staff from reception team was outstanding, Mohamed (Cart driver) will make sure your safe and arrive anywhere on time... “The most luxurious places i have ever been. It begins all in reception with SALAH and MAHMOUD the most helpful and professional people you could get. Our taxi driver Mustafa is one to never be forgotten. The hotel is like a whole holiday in one spot with pools everywhere and then u have the most beautiful panoramic views of the ocean. I definitely will be using again in the future god willing”

“Das Hotel ist wirklich toll gemacht und die Zimmer schön groß und bieten alles, was man braucht. Natürlich ist die Landeskategorie von 5 Sternen nicht unbedingt auch unsere Kategorie. Ich würde dem Hotel 4 Sterne geben. Im Zimmer ging immer wieder die Klimaanlage nicht und im Flur war wohl auch ein Wasserschaden in der Wand. Hat mich aber nicht weiter beeinträchtigt. “I booked a sea view room and payed for it upon arrival I found my room view to be srounded by trees, could not see the sea. I requested a different room twice but was told will let you know if any other rooms became available.”
