“Staff is super friendly”

“I stayed at this hotel with my family for six days, and everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and the food was delicious with a wide variety of options. There were also many enjoyable activities throughout the day for both adults and children. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.”

“在埃及算是非常不错的酒店了，卫生和条件都不错，性价比较高。早餐也不错。只是服务员稍差，11点到酒店说房间已经好了，但要求交77美元才给办理入住，因为还没到check in时间。”

“All are good including the beautiful sea view, delicious breakfast and food in restaurants. ONLY one thing, water leaking from the shower area to the toilet floor, even after repair work, still could not fit it.”

“Best hotel and resort location ive stayed at. Felt like a secret desert paradise. Every space was magical and made you feel like you were in a different world. The room drains were slightly smelly on the ground floor rooms but we moved and were accommodated well. The food was opulent for all meals and staff went over and beyond always happy to see us and welcome us. We even recieved flower arrangements at breakfast from the waiters. We love this place!”
