「Overall everything was nice. Room was spacious, not new but very cozy. WiFi is OK. Staff were all friendly, attentive and helpful. I accidentally arrived one day earlier but the check in staff handled it perfectly. Two restaurants in the lobby were nice. Generally the Egyptian cooks well for both traditional dishes and foreign dishes. 「Sayed and his team did a great job. Followed through on everything. We arrived at the airport, had a driver/tour guide, went on a tour, then to boat, which was as advertised. There are a lot of boat options - so I just asked for photos of the exact boat which he sent, and it was exactly that. This was all arranged on short notice too. 「The hotel has fully equipped, clean and modern apartments. The restaurant where breakfast is served, was on the roof and had a magnificent view of the hot air balloons floating above the mountains. The owner Khodary was very polite and helpful. The location of the hotel was twenty minutes drive from the busy city. An excellent place for couples and families seeking to retreat at the end of an exhausting day touring the magnificent nearby ancient temples and tombs. 」
