"Room was clean and very well organised for you will need and make sure you read the description which was very thoughtful and helpful. Staff was excellent, breakfast was great and delicious, room decor really well put. Wi-Fi didn't work for us ,but that wasn't a problem,and because it's west side taxi/uber/indrive all will negotiate price higher. "Booked private tours through the hotel with Hany before we arrived he is an absolute gentleman. Couldn’t do enough for us. Would definitely recommend booking through him. The tour guide we had was mairead (probably spelt wrong) was extremely knowledgeable and lovely as was Michael our driver. The hotel is undergoing renovations but that can’t be held against them. We were in room 402 with a front Nile view and it was amazing. We got to watch the sunset every night and would have sun on the balcony in the afternoons The food in the main restaurant for breakfast was very good with a good selection as was the buffet at dinner We ate in Beban their Italian it was ok but to be honest the food in the buffet was nicer Good sandwiches in the Lotus cafe Any staff we encountered were always polite and helpful special shout out to the housekeeping staff who cleaned our room daily and did an excellent job Would highly recommend and hopefully we will be back"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This hotel was truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I felt like my own brother was welcoming me into his home. Mahmoud was fantastic 🌟The hospitality was warm, genuine, and unforgettable. The hotel has such beautiful, authentic Egyptian character. It’s not about luxury or being fancy—it’s about art, history, and feeling connected to the culture. Every corner has something special. The Wi-Fi was 10/10, which was honestly something I had struggled to find during my trip. And the Egyptian breakfast was delicious! The falafel, eggs, fries, vegetables, and all the different flavors were such a wonderful experience. Thank you for making my stay so special. I will be coming back to Egypt next year, and I will definitely stay at Cleopatra Hotel again. ❤️🇪🇬"
