"It was beautiful journey which I stayed beside Nile. Everything was perfect. The staffs were lovely, Mr Maksa Rios is a very helpful man, and Mis Walaa keep smiling to make me feel comfortable. No cruise existed

"I booked the Cruise for 3 days over Christmas, but when I got to the Departure point at 12pm there was no such cruise boat, or cruise, I went to the office and I was informed the boat was somewhere else. Not the type of holiday at Christmas I was expecting, a total nightmare"
