Clean modern airport hotel, with comfortable beds. It was badly let down however by 2 issues - the shuttle and the food.
Shuttle - advertised as free 24 hour service. On arriving to Cairo however it is extremely difficult to actually use it. You have to ring the hotel reception and wait 30 minutes, which isn’t easy unless you have an Egyptian mobile. They ignored my messages sent in advance with our flight details, so we had a stressful wait in the blazing heat with our toddler.
The Italian food (Primavera restaurant, beside the pool) - the pizzas had NO tomato on them so were basically cheesy bread with toppings, and the “tenderloin” beef was inedible. The “risotto” was just plain rice in a bowl served upside down. We tried to highlight this to staff but were ignored and had to pay the full amount.
