"The location of the hotel was good to go anywhere. In addition, the service of the hotel and its staff were so smooth and professional. For our anniversary, the hotel prepared one cute heart shape cake to welcome us and celebrate anniversary. It was very warm and kind welcome. On our last day, we had relaxed morning in the pool. The view from the pool was amazing and the pool was clean and nice. The staff was very kind and foods and snacks were very delicious. The staff at the entrance were very helpful when you need a uber ride as it is not easy for foreigner to identify the car with plate written in Arabic only. Very kind and professional. Thanks to the hotel and staff, we had wonderful three days! I strongly recommend this hotel. "

"If I could choose more than 5 stars, I would! Beyond excellent experience! Not only is the hotel STUNNING, but the service is impressive! We stayed five nights and were pampered beyond belief! From the waiters to the pool staff, the front desk to the concierge, the butler to the valets, the housekeeping to the chef himself, all without exception showed a level of professionalism that we have seldom come across. They knew how to make us feel welcome and special! Bravo to all the personnel of St. Regis Cairo! When we come back to this exciting city, we will most definitely stay at your hotel again. THANK YOU! "Place was super clean and nice, staff needs to communicate a little better we had to wait 40 mins to check in even though we booked it months in advance. But it was a very nice hotel other wise, Heliopolis is in a good location"

"Simply perfect! Every single staff member is friendly, accomodating and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable and quality of the service provided exceptional. Restaurant options are wonderful! I also highly recommend their breakfast - the buffet offers absolutely anything you'd need. The The gym is also very well equipped. The only point for the ladies is that I do not recommend the beauty salon in Beyman (attached to the hotel). The manicurist was rude, their nail polish collection does not seem to be of good quality and the hygiene was poor. "
