Perfect location in the Cairo downtown. Very clean rooms and hotel premises. The surrounding area is full of wonderful shops. All tourists spots are easily reachable from here with an Uber, though hotel staff also provides packages and we used them and say they are worth. Hotel staff are very helpful, and solve any issue with amenities very quickly. Thanks to Mostafa and Amin, who helped us with very late checkin due to flight delays, Youstina at reception with suggesting and arranging tour packages (in english language). Amin even accompanied us to a vegeterian restaurant on our arrival day as it was too late to find an eatery by ourself. Though not everyone understands or speaks english at the hotel, they are well aware of using technology and language was no barrier at all. A must recommended hotel for families.

Hotel céntrico. Entrada y edificio muy mejorable. Pero la planta del hotel está muy reformada y se siente uno cómodo. Desayuno bueno, no buffet, y no se repite el café. Habitación amplia y bien equipada, limpias y moderna, con todo lo necesario y casi nuevo. Recomendable por sitio, instalaciones y precio. Además no te preparan ningún cambio en la reserva ni te mandan a otro hotel, por eso lo elegí.....

Wow, did we enjoy this hotel. The location was incredible if you enjoy being amidst the hustle and bustle of a busy city. The breakfast was great and filling. The room was spacious and clean. But by far, the BEST thing about this hotel was Moustafa. We’ve never been so excited to come back to the hotel from a day out exploring before because we knew he would be there, waiting to ask how our day was. He was so smiley, warm, kind and knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of recommendations and was very flexible with the things we needed. Adtham, Summer and Foustina were also lovely. But truly, Moustafa was one of the best parts of our trip.

I stay for three days in the sama Hotel and nothing was bad, but when I tried to extend the reservation there and I asked for the price how much should be the charge for the night they give me the price more than Expedia reservation that’s what I don’t like. So far this was the best hotel I stayed in Cairo(stayed in another 3 before that). Property is new, room was comfortable and clean. The first day the breakfast was good but second day it wasn't, as they change it every day. Internet wasn't good as it kept dropping off all the time, but it seems it's the issue in all of the hotels. Staff in reception is friendly especially Mustafa Mohamed and Mazen, they were very helpful. The hotel is in a great location.

It's a new hotel well designed and furnished to be honest its looks like a 5 star hotels. Everything is clean and shiny .Room are clean and neat and cosy. Location are great in a mid of down town the hotel surrounded by restaurant's and cafes. Staff are very hospitable and friendly.It was a good experience 😊 highly recommended 👌
