"At the beginning we were given a room with 3 beds in stead of 4 and it was too small to fit in an extra bed. So I asked and the hotel kindly upgraded our room to a 2 chamber room without extra fee. "

The entire place was spotless super clean and well maintained. The reception staff were incredibly nice, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. "Everything was just perfect . The room has everything you need and is spacious and the bathroom is big as well . The restaurants are great and the food delicious and not expensive . Mustafa from reception went out of his way to make our stay comfortable , gave us an early check in and looked after us . The pools are out of this world overlooking the Nile . Drinks at the bar affordable . One of our favorite hotels in the world "
