"I stayed here for a week and found the hotel, and especially the staff, amazing. This very reasonably-priced luxury hotel has a most attractive classical Egyptian theme throughout and everything is kept spotlessly clean I requested a room looking out over the Nile and it was well worth the little extra it cost. The food - breakfast, lunch and dinner - was all to a very high standard, the service was great, and the cost was almost embarassingly low for such quality. The Italian restaurant has a very talented chef and I ate there most evenings. The rooftop bar and pool are a great bonus. Every single member of staff I had dealings with was friendly, cheerful and most helpful. I make special mention of Marina, Katherine and Fatma (front of office supervisors) and Naglaa (housekeeper supervisor) and their staff who looked after me so well. Thank you. I will be back! ."

"The staff was very kind and welcoming … always a smile and very clean …. The store they had to shop in were such a great touch and made buying souvenirs much easier but they were hidden … they should be promoted more by the hotel …. The restaurant both for dining and breakfast was amazing …. I loved it so much I cancelled my cruise and went back to Luxor just to stay there again for 5 more days "
