First and foremost, THE VIEW! Breathtaking scenes of Mt. Fuji and the surrounding lake and mountains are worth staying here. Second, the room was ample, comfortable, and nicely equipped. Great value, especially when compared to hotels in larger cities of Japan. The onsen and grounds are nice and ...

Exceeded all expectations. Firstly time at ryokan and by far it's my favorite part of my Japan trip. The staff were all extremely friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and had all the amenities I needed. The baths were amazing. Highly recommend.

Great place to visit especially Lake Kawaguchiko.
Fantastic
This lake is very nice. This hotel is very nice, too.
Best attraction is Mount Fuji view, but if it’s cloud/raining you will not see it.
It was a nice location, shame about the heavy cloud cover and rain so we couldn't see Mt Fuji clearly. There were a few things to do in the area that didn't involve the mountain but not many. The hotel was nice and the Japanese onsen was worth it.
