「This was one of the most genuine place we’ve stayed. The full Japanese experience. Also I highly highly recommend adding the dinner part as it was one of the best meals I had from around the world. (North Americans be aware it’s a ryokan style room, so the bed is on the floor, it’s a Japanese bath, etc…) The family here is genuine and friendly, we will forsure come back. This was the best Japanese experience we ever had. Breakfast also is included, Japanese breakfast (search it up ;) )」

「The actual environment is very different from the display photo; wifi didnt work」

「The room was not my expected and not match with the photo in Expedia. The bathroom should be outdoor but my room is indoor. The room style is not the same and the Manager informed me that is the same square feet but not same style. It was so unexpected and disappointed. 」
