I enjoyed staying here. My family and I only stayed one night, but the staff were wonderful. They allowed us to still partake in the free dinner service even though we arrived late. We stayed in a tradition japanese style tatami room with futon, but it was perfect for the night and a fun experience. The osen was a bonus!

Room clean and I love the tatami futon with pink flowers design . The staff excellent I forgot my umbrella and I called them. It found and send it back to me in station. Omotonashi ❤️♨️Japanese hospitality crate a good memories

The room had an amazing view. The hotel is not luxury, but very clean and well maintained. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The food on the buffet was excellent. I would recommend it to everyone.

This is an older hotel that is well kept with beautiful views of the lake and Mt Fuji (weather permitting). The public baths are the perfect temperature from the natural spring. The rooms were spacious and the original Japanese style floor, beds and table were a hit with the family. Definitely worth the experience.

We were late to dinner due to the traffic from Narita airport to Kawaguchiko. The staff was so kind and generous to allow us to have dinner over 30 minutes after the last scheduled dinner entry. The room was fantastic and the private onsen was amazing.

Enjoyed our stay. Room were nicely appointed and had plenty of space for 5 adults. Very clean. Nice location. Room keys wouldn’t work a few times but the staff were helpful to fix the problem. We would stay again!

Wish I could leave more than 5 stars! We had an amazing time and were really sad to leave. The staff were all so kind and welcoming, the food was absolutely delicious and we loved the hot tub in our room. A truly incredible stay for families - we really hope to come back one day!

The hotel was wonderful, while there wasnt mt. Fuji views, it was walking distance to areas with mt. Fuji views. The amenities here are great, from the manga cafe to the meal service to the onsen. I hope to stay here again soon!

We enjoyed our stay. Excellent breakfast. Very hepful staff. Right on the lake. Easy walk into town for eating options. The taxi was a good price from the bus station. Turn right from the hotel 10 min walk for great views of mount Fuji accross the lake. We paid extra for the private heated mineral bath. Used the hotel shuttle back to the bus station. The rooms are traditional style. 5 out 5 from our group.

なんと言ってもオールインクルーシブが最高でした。ハマチの解体ショーがあって新鮮なお刺身と翌朝にはハマチのあら汁、最高でした。客室の窓から景色はレイクフロントで絶景でした。今回河口湖の花火大会の日程とは重ならなかったですが、花火をやってたら最高の部屋だったと思います。
