The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing and the hotel was centrally located. The complimentary breakfast, cocktail hour and heavy appetizers were great! We had a wonderful time at Rakuyu and would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely place to stay!

Cozy and picturesque. A lot of families with children. Really loved the views of the lake, the onsen, and the dinner. Staff was friendly, attentive, and fluent in English. We were only able to stay one night, but would have been happy to stay many more. Clean and well set up. The unit we stayed in didn't have a view, but the mountain still felt like it was *right there* when you stepped outside. Would definitely stay again.
