"Room was clean and up to standards but the steps from the bathroom hurt my husband’s heels and mine too when we were going to the bathroom at night. People are nice though especially at receptionist"

Was convenient to use the washing machine while we were there. There is a good onsen at the Royal Hotel just down the road where you can go if you have tattoos. "

"We booked this hotel very close to our travel and were skeptical due to it’s isolated location. Our stay was wonderful, staff is very kind and helpful. Shuttle service makes it breeze to go back and forth to town. Location is very scenic and has good trails. We were lucky to get sunny morning and were able to clearly see majestic Mt. Fuji from the hotel. We will definitely recommend and use this place when return to the area. "
