“The room was nice and bathroom was nice and clean, my problems were that the WiFi didn't work throughout my stay and due to my phone data not working, was unable to use my phone for anything my entire stay. I was also charged for the drinks in the rooms fridge which originally I was told I was allowed to have. I was also charged for grease/sweat stains on my pillow which is inevitable in a hot country. Won’t be staying again considering I wasn’t even compensated for the lack of WiFi. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this gem of a hotel in Luxor, run by the warm and welcoming Mohammed. The highlight has to be the rooftop lounge — the views overlooking the Valley of the Kings are simply breathtaking, especially at sunset. The food was delicious, with a great selection that kept us coming back for every meal.
