“We stayed at Golden Tulip as a family, they were welcoming and late check-in was not a problem.
The room was clean and tidy but the beds were small for a family.
Overall the stay was good, but the only down side is communication:
1st: The website stated that I don't have to pay until I am at the property and that I could cancel till the 30th of December, they called my number at night saying that I have to make a bank transfer in the morning otherwise my booking would be canceled, which is so……

“تجربتي في هذا الفندق كانت مخيبة جدًا. دفعنا مبلغًا إضافيًا مقابل توفير سرير للأطفال، وكانت الخدمة سيئة جدًا من حيث الجودة والتعامل والتنظيم. لا أنصح بهذا الفندق على الإطلاق ولن أكرر الحجز فيه
My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We were charged an extra fee to provide a bed for children, and the service was very poor in terms of quality, staff attitude, and organization. I do not recommend this hotel at all and will not stay there again”

“We were very satisfied with our stay. As two women traveling together, we felt very safe and comfortable at all times. The hosts were extremely kind and attentive. Mohammed, who took care of us, told us we could call him anytime or easily reach him via WhatsApp, which made everything much easier.
The apartment was very clean and well-organized. The kitchen had almost everything you might need. There was a kettle to heat water for tea and coffee, as well as a microwave, refrigerator, and stove.……

“Very nice stay, good neighborhood, easy access to property. Excellent staff very helpful. Miss Maha and Mr. Ahmed always ready to help and assist. 24/7 front desk . Transportation you should be familiar with transportation apps to use it or you have a car.furniture is good condition and clean. Cleaning services could be requested through front desk. I reserved the 2 bedroom suite and it’s spacious and comfortable good for 3 to 4 or small family. Excellent stay and would repeat it again anytime. ”
