「Room was great for what we needed. Could do with a little bit of fresh paint but the beds were comfy and the bathroom was good. I would only say that perhaps there could be more toilet roll provided. The rolls don’t last long when it’s two of you and we had to ask for an extra loo roll every single day which felt embarrassing! I promise we were normal 😂 Everyone was very accommodating and kind.」

「Das Zimmer war insgesamt OK, nicht gerade sehr sauber (besonders die Dusche), aber im allgemeinen Zustand der Stadt ein Rückzugsort. Die Adresse des Hotels war nicht die richtige, der Taxifahrer hat uns zunächst an die angegebene Adresse (von Expedia) geführt, dort war aber kein Hotel. Hat sich erkundigt bei einem Einheimischen und hat uns dann direkt zum Hotel gebracht. Kein Restaurant vorhanden, obwohl es angegeben war. Abendessen wurde sehr spät dann über ein fremdes Lokal oder ein anderes...

「Booked based on the reviews read, room size was generous, good location, staff were very helpful (especially Ahmed), the whatsapp number was helpful for requirements. Clean everywhere despite the dust and the breakfast serving local food was good for us but no options visible for those on restricted diets. The knockout aspect for this hotel was the view from the roof where you had breakfast and could take your own food and drink to have anytime. To not be rushed and left to do our own thing...

「What works: The property has a good location, close to the pyramids. The staff is pleasant. What does not match up: The property is a very basic and is not set up to be a hotel. Rooms are not at all like the pictures we see, there is no housekeeping, food is good but very poor service, no amenities, flickering lights, shower that does not work… They did not recognise the confirmed booking I had ( via Expedia). Hotel is not recommended unless you are looking for a hostel experience. 」
