Fabulous clean rooms with great views of the pyramids. The staff were super helpful with everything and the welcome drink and other random drinks provided along the way were great. Breakfast was fabulous with so much to choose from.

Excelente opción para hospedarte cerca de las piramides una vista espectacular , habitaciones modernas con todos los serviciosen las cuales se hsde diario la limpieza , desayuno con buenas porciones y muy rico y lo mejor la atención del personal del hotel que te apoya en todo momento y te da sugerencias de donde ir si quieres ir a tomar un café!, ir a comer, al centro comercial o bien o visitar algún otro lugar en egipto , en especial resaltar a Seif que nos hizo sentir como en casa al igual que Saif .

By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Saif and Ghandy went above and beyond to make sure every part of my stay was perfect. They helped me book tours, dinners, transportation, and were always available whenever I needed anything. The hotel is incredibly clean, peaceful, and has one of the most amazing views of the Pyramids. Their hospitality truly made my trip unforgettable. I highly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Saif and Ghandy, for making my experience so special!

You can see the Giza Pyramids and the head of the sphinx. I will cherish the moments at this hotel relaxing with the view and falling asleep with the Pyramids in full sight.

Very clean property, the view from the suite was extraordinary! Mr Adam was very welcoming, Abdo was wonderful and very helpful to set up transportation with Mr Hassan and tours with Mohammed. The entire staff was great and very attentive.

For the 3* in Egypt it's really good hotel. Good rooms, friendly staff always ready to accommodate you, excellent breakfast. Walkable distance to the Giza pyramid entrance and 10 minute drive to the new GEM museum. Plenty of the restaurants options nearby. And great view from your room.

We had a wonderful stay at Galaxy Pyramids View Inn. The rooms were beautiful, modern, and very stylish, with excellent room service and daily housekeeping that kept everything perfectly clean and comfortable throughout our stay. One of the best parts of the experience was the stunning view of the pyramids. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, and a very special thank you to Saif for always helping us with everything we needed!!!! He was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to assist, which made our vacation even more enjoyable and comfortable. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we would gladly come back again!

No red flags here, all superb, helpful and trustworthy. Saif and the crew accomodated us late night and early morning with excellent service. Very friendly and great in communication and efficiency. The room was luxurious with a great view of the Pyramids. Bring earplugs if you have a hard time sleeping. The city around is lively, which we liked.

The hotel was very clean, Mr Adam was very welcoming and friendly. Our personal assistant, Abdo was essential to setting up our driver and our guides. Mr. Hassan was an excellent driver, Mohammed did a great job on our tours. During our stay it was my birthday, Abdo went out of his way to surprise me with a cake and candles. It was a great trip!

Ghandi, Morgan, and all of the staff were wonderful! They arranged airport pickup, offered help with tours, and were very communicative through WhatsApp. The complimentary breakfast was spectacular. And I will miss the mango juice! We also ordered dinner in-room late at night and that was delicious! The rooms don’t disappoint, they are exactly as pictured. We stayed in the Galaxy suite and had a view of the 3 pyramids with a jacuzzi tub, which was lovely. I would personally opt for this versus other hotels like the popular Mena House because it is a boutique hotel feeling, it’s more personalized, and every room has a spectacular view for a reasonable price. The location is also good, it’s obviously close to the pyramids and we felt very safe and secure —no scary elevators or stairs. My husband wanted to get a haircut and we were able to get one late at night with the help of Ghandi. Ghandi walked us over to a barber shop and stayed with us the whole time. I highly recommend Galaxy and the other properties under the same management (they look very similar but are located on another side of the pyramids). Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing experience with the hotel. From the moment we landed until our departure, everything was exceptional. The entire staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.
