“Personnel disponible aimable et à l’écoute. La vue est magnifique. La Guest House est bien située mais attention changement d entrée pour les Pyramides A proximité du nouveau Musée L option UBER est la plus facile pour se déplacer et ils sont peu onéreux. Par contre 20 a 40 mn pour revenir vers Le Caire ou se trouve les autres attractions à visiter mais là encore l option UBER est la meilleure pour y aller ”

“The hotel is in a great location near the pyramids although the area is run down for such a big tourist destination. The staff are friendly and will help with anything if needed. The hotel shows a pool when you book and states in the description that there is a pool but it is not in use. The breakfast buffet is nice but just ok compared to other hotels. The airport shuttle can be used one way only, not both. The hotel is ok but the description they give when booking is not 100 percent……

“Location was excellent, hotel inside was clean overall, staff were very helpful and always willing to help, and the food was excellent. One suggestion I have for the hotel owners, is to keep the area surrounding the hotel clean! Let me reiterate, the hotel it self was clean overall, but outside the hotel was not. Since this was a boutique hotel, and there were more than enough staff on duty, I would ask the staff to walk around the property and keep the area surrounding the hotel clean, because……

“Nous avons vécu une très mauvaise expérience. Nous sommes arrivés vers 2h du matin. Une chambre nous a été donné au dernier étage. Nous avons été très surpris de l’état de la chambre qui était une sorte de bungalow en terrasse près de la piscine. Comme nous étions fatigués, nous avons couché dans la chambre. L’état était déplorable. La chambre était petite, 2 lits au lieu d’un seul. La pièce d’eau était nulle. Le lendemain, nous avons négocié. Une chambre normale nous a été donnée pour la nuit……
