Expect timing delays of hotel pickup airport shuttle and hired car service. Room smells like cleaning products, the floor is uneven and the lighting LED flickering and not calming. This is not a 4 Star hotel, expect a 3 star quality level. Bed mattresses are uncomfortable. Rooftop restaurant is excellent however with great view of Pyramids. No elevator means you will climb many stairs with luggage.

The staff went above and beyond. I shared it was my moms bday and they decorated her room and got us a cake. Both Marina and Ahmed were so helpful. My dad got sick and the hotel provided us with medicine. Ahmed also built an itinerary based on what we wanted to see and took care of transportation. The drivers and guide we got were also super friendly. My parents enjoyed it greatly.

Big bed room and clean, unfortunately the bathroom smelled very bad. Staff are friendly and helpful. The road out side of the hotel was dark after sunset and lots on wild dogs. The residential area was clean and quiet. The airport shuttle was not free unless staying over 4nights.

For a hotel that has only been open for 8 months they more than reached our expectations! Both the staff and hotel were amazing. There was nothing more we could have wanted as options for our breakfast and only steps away from the pyramids and the sphinx. The tour and guides they arranged for us were top notch. I highly recommend this hotel!

The warm welcome, the friendly conversations, and the extremely generous culture created the best hotel experience I have ever had. Tell them what you want to do and they will make it work. Property is located in a relatively quiet area, but within a comfortable walking distance from all the local shops, restaurants and amenities. It has been thoughtfully decorated in both ancient Egyptian and modern themes. However, the best selling point of this property is its staff who are extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They are willing to go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. One can conveniently book all manners of tours and excursions with a great piece of mind. I would particularly like to mention Ra’uf and Ahmed who could not do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They are a real credit and great asset for this establishment. And I very much hope that their employers value and cherish them and credit them accordingly. As without their dedication and commitment this establishment cannot function and deliver an excellent service to its customers. Very well done and thank you 🙏

The hotel was excellent. Everything worked at the staff was excellent. It was the best hotel I've ever stayed at.Khalid, Mavin,Shahd,Fares,Abdullah,Rwan,Youseff,Nema,Omina, Ayal,Rouof,Rafet,Madam,Azaa. They were all helpful and on my birthday. They gave me a cake and balloons, and I was so surprised and thankful for the staff at the hotel. They were all wonderful to me.

I stayed at Jasmine Pyramids Hotel with my mum and we had a fantastic stay. The hotel was lovely and clean and you could see the pyramids from outside the hotel, but what set it apart from other hotel stays was the service. From the beginning Ahmed was very responsive on WhatsApp even before we arrived. Raouf was on the main desk and I have to commend his professionalism, exceptional hospitality and warmth throughout. We travelled over my mum’s birthday and they arranged a lovely cake and decorations to surprise her. Thank you to all the staff who helped with this - Raouf, Rafaat, Khalid, Mohammed and anyone else I have missed! The breakfast was great, Abdallah prepared lots of traditional Egyptian foods which we were able to try and they provided continental options too. My mum became obsessed with guava and they made sure there was plenty of those for her to eat! It was our first time visiting Egypt and we would highly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you!!!!
