“The equipment would be required to improve. No hair conditioner in the washroom”

“The rooms were very comfortable and clean.”

“I stayed there for 2 weeks and really enjoyed the breakfast”

“The best”

“Room was clean and quiet. They said breakfast was included but there was. I breakfast. Close to the lake to walk to sites and restaurants.”

“From the moment I arrived for check-in, Alexandra welcomed me with exceptional professionalism and warmth. After a long journey, she efficiency, clear guidance, and welcoming demeanor immediately made me feel at home. What truly set my experience apart, however, was how Alexandra handled a challenge I encountered during my stay. Alexander's ability to handle unexpected situations with such grace, attentiveness, and efficiency reflects the highest standards of your hotel's hospitality. Thanks to……

“Striking distance to the city centre and restaurants. Our first 2 days was in a room with a balcony beside a construction site so did not afford the privacy to the room unless you pulled the blinds down and had thw room closed off from natural light. The staff were extremely understanding and helpful and moved us when a room was available that further away, giving more privacy. Breakfast was awesome.”

“An amazing place for those who appreciate the little details! Everything was brand new, spotless, high-tech, and fully automated. There’s dedicated parking in the building, with automatic access codes for every gate and entrance. We were very pleasantly surprised! Communication with the host was excellent, with an exceptional level of availability via WhatsApp — unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before.”
