「Good」

「We loved our stay at the Coffee Estate Inn. From the moment we checked in, the receptionist was welcoming and helpful, even recommending beautiful routes for scenic drives nearby. The accommodation was amazing, and the estate itself is truly stunning. The photos really do not do justice to the scenery. We also enjoyed the short hiking path on the property, which made for a peaceful and beautiful walk. Breakfast was freshly prepared, and we especially loved the fresh fruit. The lady who prepared...

「100/100」

「When we arrived we were told they had a overbooking problem, so we were told to go to another property. This 2nd property was excellent so we just wasted less than 1 hour although they could have told us in advance. On Sunday evening there was not any hot water and we were told "Sorry!, we are working on it", which was not true because at 1am the water was still cold. On monday morning the hot water came up again. All the comms are done via Whatsapp The property is very nice and location is...

「Locations very good I'll talk about the positives first. Clean room everything was nice except that we were woken up the two nights that we stayed every morning with banging pipe noises just loud noises and we had earplugs in it was so loud. I wrote the hotel they said they're going to look into it. The staff was nice too so I'd like to comment on that.」

「This hotel was outstanding for its beauty and peacefulness. The grounds were spectacular. The restaurant was also fine dining, and we enjoyed two dinners with great service and fantastic food ( the salmon is an absolute must have!) One big problem for me was the terrible internet. I had meetings and important work to accomplish during my 3-night stay, but the in-room connection was impossibly unstable. I had to use the lobby for a stable connection. That was inconvenient, but at least it solved...

「Great place to stay , great location, great customer service. Only advice is to change the toilet seat because it’s smaller than the toilet and the curtains which are smaller than the windows.」

「Kevin, the receptionist, was amazing he was kind and helpful in every way. The garden is amazing and the breakfast offered a good variety and cooked to perfection.」

「The place is amazing, staff were really kind with us and the breakfast was spectacular!」

「Super lovely place for coffee lover, but do bring bug spray」

「The place was very clean had been updated, so that was great. The cafe attached has some amazing food and coffee. We came back from dinner to find NO Water in our room. Still no water the next morning, We could not shower, use toilet, brush teeth and No Coffee! No message from the hotel about water being off and a few bottles of water outside our door would have been greatly appreciated for brushing teeth and washing face. So, we left hotel very early next morning as we could not contact anyone...

「We will stay here one week every year. Every things are good.」
