「The customer service needs improvement. My wife and I ate breakfast at the hotel. The food was put up, and the lights were turned off on us 30 minutes early (9 am instead of 9:30 am). The customer service attendant sighed a couple of times while sweeping near us in the breakfast area. Who knows why? Maybe it was because I was telling my wife a story, and she was tired of hearing it. Maybe it was that she was tired of cleaning. I don't know the reason. Good customer service doesn't include...

「Great option for families attending events at Elon University and surroundings. Clean, well maintained hotel with super friendly staff. Good breakfast included and ample parking.」

「I was very disappointed with my stay. The property appeared old and poorly maintained. The bed sheets looked dirty, and there was a chair in the room covered in stains that I did not feel comfortable placing my belongings near. Upon arrival, the staff could not locate my reservation and blamed Expedia for the issue. As a result, I had to wait over an hour for the situation to be resolved. This was especially frustrating because I was traveling with my elderly mother and we were left waiting...

「The door wouldn't open and staff shoved on it to open it. The room was dirty and bed spread had multiple stains in it, so we requested a different room. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 9am, but when we got there at 8:50 am, the staff already shut it down and we weren't able to get anything.」

I booked for two nights but only stayed one night and canceled the second. There were a lot of people around the stairs and parking lot, talking and smoking. I did not feel safe.」

「It is very quiet even though on Main Street. The room was immaculate. The breakfast was well prepared and the area was very clean. Plenty of restaurants very close to the hotel. It is a definite if I am in the area again.」
