「Pretty rundown.」

「The room was clean and fine. My experience was fine but the Reason for my star rating is my mother needed a handicap room. She actually called the property to confirm that she had a handicap room. The property called her several times to confirm the handicap room. Upon arrival, NO handicap room available meaning no way to shower, use the restroom etc. The Staff couldn't have cared less, just saying there was no handicap room and offered ZERO accountability or accommodation. Its the only game...

「The staff was very nice & helpful. As for the room, it was fair to ok at best. The water pressure in the shower was nonexistent. The first room we had, the TV would not come on at all & only a couple lights worked. They moved us to a different room after we requested. The second room was ok. The beds were fairly comfortable. The 2nd floor was under renovation & just after 7:00 am they started working. We were awakened by hammers & drills. We only stayed here because the other hotel in town was...
