Did not get up in time for breakfast, the staff was courteous and friendly and kept coffee stocked 24-7. Linens were clean, bathroom was very clean and well stocked with supplies and the beds were comfortable, a little high off the ground for handicap people. It is just an older facility in need of some repairs but we would definitely stay there again.

It looks reinvestment into fixing/improving the guest experience has been lacking. The room is sparse. We are guessing there once was a chair in the big open space. Also, something funky was going on with the lighting in the bathroom. It looks like the light fixture was replaced with a substanially smaller fixture and if you look through the grate, it looks like a DIY wiring job. It looks like there once was a pool that is now a grass plot. Who knows what kind of cost savings the future holds!

The property is acceptable for the price. To name a few of The breakfast items are apples, yogurt, dry cereal, “juices”, coffee, bagels, muffins, and packaged cinnamon rolls. A toaster and microwave are available. The beds and pillows in our room we’re comfortable. Nearby DQ and Mc D across the road. While the building is older, we did not see major disrepair. This is our 3rd time staying here while visiting family.

Room was good for a sleep while on a road trip. Breakfast was simple, not good, but not bad. Very nice staff. Quick check in on arrival late at night and very friendly morning crew. Extra star for the nice people.

Breakfast was fine, nothing hot. Room nice but bathroom has no fan. Plus tub is from 1980: it drips all the time and should just be gutted for new shower stall. Tough for older people to get out from having shower in the dust collector sauna tub. We could hear the guy next door snoring and his tv during the night.

Room was nice, but he metal bed frame bottoms made a lot of noise when sleeping. The room heat was turned off when we arrived and took a long time to heat up, it may have caused an issue. We returned from our event several hours later and the if the room had still been cold I don't know if they would have been accommodating in finding another room.

Heat was turned OFF when we entered room!!! 26 with 15 windchill outside on a 2nd floor west side of building! It took HOURS for room to become slightly tolerable due to “freezer like” environment when entering!! Shower ONLY reached lukewarm temp! 80+ Senior heart patients (yes told host) were assigned 2nd floor room accessible only by 16 step stairway!! Breakfast had NO items for diabetic! (Yes, I asked when checked in) VERY disappointed!!! We used to recommend this hotel to family and friends! Next time visiting family, we’ll consider other options!

Mostly troubling was that we were on the ground floor and the sliding window was unlocked. It would have been easy to step into the room. The room was very cold upon arrival. Two light bulbs were burned out so we had minimal light. The breakfast was minimal with burnt waffles remnants in the waffle maker. No yogurt or protein choices. The door to the second entrance was unlocked and there was a broken down car with flat tires right outside of this alternative enterance.

Room needed dusting. Tub faucet dripped. Molding in bathroom was coming off. Normally in a king room there is a love seat or easy chair, but there was neither. Also missing was a bar of hand soap. Lobby was clean. Breakfast was unhealthy and consisted of only carbs. The staff was pleasant.

The hotel is in a good spot -- close to the highway, but tucked away a bit, so it's quiet. Gym and breakfast were both bare bones, but it's fine if you don't get your expectations up. Otherwise a clean room and fine stay.

Clean room, immaculate lobby, the staff was simply amazing and the location was great! We were running at NXR in Terra Haute and although this was a bit of a drive it was so worth it! The town is quaint and gives the nostalgic hometown feel! We will be back next year!

This building was infested with ladybugs... There were clusters of them in the corners in the weight room. They were in the foyer going upstairs. They were on the handrails, they were in our room, woke up and there was one on the top of my straw, so I couldn't drink my soda because I was afraid that they had crawled in my drink and 1 bit my sister... I mean. If I can see it on my first visit all of this stuff.Somebody who has employed there should be able to see it. Breakfast consisted of really nothing.Nothing appetizing, nothing interesting, cold cereal, toast waffles and nothing else.This was not what I would consider breakfast.I would consider this a snack because we had to go somewhere else for breakfast.

Stayed here as a midway stopping point to sleep and head out early in the morning. Let’s start with the good first. Bed was reallly comfortable and the coffee in the morning was good. Now, the bad. Ladybugs everywhere in the room. Most dead, some living. Oh, well, just lady bugs. I can overlook it. Huge holes in the wall in the bathroom, again, I can overlook it. The one thing I can’t overlook? The NOISE!!!! Got in a little before midnight and could tell it was going to be a long night. Every 20 minutes or so there was an ungodly banging sound. Imagine a person hitting a trash bin with a sledgehammer. On top of that, lots of other noise from big rigs and some kind of construction or something going on. ALL NIGHT! Got under 5 hours of sleep, and now I’m at my destination exhausted. Thanks for nothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
