「There is no staff and when we arrived we could not get the door open to the lobby. There was a phone number to call and it went to voicemail. I contacted Expedia and tried to cancel the reservation after seeing the property and I was denied. They advertised an elevator, but they do not have one in the building. We eventually got into the lobby (after they said to kick the door a few times) to view the recorded message about how to get in the room! We had a code to use on the door and we had...

「This is our first time at a B&B and it was amazing. The host was outstanding and the property was so clean and well maintained. Joshua was an amazing host and cook. He made us feel at home and the linens were outstanding and the overall charm of the house was out of this world. I will be recommending this to everyone I know so they can share in this experience. So close to the College in a great neighborhood. We will definately be back!」

「Arrived at 10pm- check in was quick. Parking lot was dark- would have been beneficial to have lights on in the back. Was told there was would a hot breakfast. (One of the reasons we booked here) breakfast was disappointing- cereal and a couple of bagels. Not hot. Ended up spending 40.00 at a restaurant (Lincoln Garden restaurant was good if a recommendation is needed!) When we checked out the lobby smelled like marijuana. Staff was friendly.」
