「The door lock was broken, there was a lot of noise on the second floor, and the dog barked incessantly. I checked that breakfast was included, and he said, "Let me show you a picture of where it says so." I showed it to him, even though he knows perfectly well it's included. The breakfast was tasteless. The next day we had to find another place.」

「We booked and prepaid for a private room, but upon arrival, the hostel claimed they were fully booked and had no record of our reservation—despite us having a confirmation email. They kicked us out to find our own lodging and held our money until the next day. Unprofessional and completely unreliable. If they are fully booked, they shouldn't be accepting reservations.」

「Great place to stay. Everything on their island was amazing. Easy to coordinate pickup with the boat, great food, kayaks to explore the area and great swimming right from your room. 」

「This hotel is changing management it seems (Feb 2026) so things like restaurant, beach equipment etc aren’t ready. But the setup is very pretty! There are some rooms down the hill which are really nice with patios. We were in the main building which was totally fine. Has AC, clean, bathroom works nicely. And there’s a communal patio with nice chairs and hammocks, plus a couple other little patios with chairs down the hill. There’s at least 3 Day Pass options within a quick walk too. A totally...
