「When checking-in, staff was helpful. No problem till checking out. They called taxi for us from hotel to the airport,upon request at agreed price. After the taxi drove out for about 7 minutes. Driver got call. And drove back to the hotel. The attendant checked us out came to the taxi we were in. And said our US dollar bills was too old to be accepted. After another checking he said it is fine. They he asked us to pay the taxi driver extra 10 SOL. We refused. We request for other taxi . Then...

Romario and Freddy were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even took the time to give us a tour of the surrounding area, which made our stay even more memorable. 「Room size is large, staff helpful, less than 10 mins walk to the plaza, quite, great hot shower, hair dryer in the bathroom, can also ask for heater. No elevator.」

「Beautiful location. The rooms were clean. They were very attentive to our needs. Prepared breakfast and dinner for us. A great tour of the Uros islands was also included. If anyone is visiting during the Peru winter season i would just recommend layering up. They do provide a lot of blankets but you can never have too many. An unforgettable experience seeing the stars out on this lake. 10/10」

「The hotel itself was great, but we had a hiccup with the management as they insisted that we pay for the room after we showed them the receipt that we already paid with Expedia. As soon as we got Expedia involved, they reimbursed us, but it was frustrating to deal with while tired from traveling. Other than that, the hotel itself was lovely with hot water in the shower a lovely breakfast and convenient location.」
