“Nice place to stay everything was excellent staff pool food room. Breakfast was amazing”

“You can find a better hotel than this. Food was okay. Wifi doesn't work all the way to the rooms just office area. Air cooled room til the next day. Some staff did good and some didn't. Pool was dirty. My husband left his shades by pool and some one stold them. Bed was not comfortable at all it was hard. Shower and toilet were good.”

“I paid for this stay but never got to stay here. Could not find the place. Tried two addresses, one listed here and one listed on Google Maps. There was no sign and nothing that looked like a hotel. I couldn’t get ahold of the property by phone, but maybe that’s just an international calling issue. I did not feel safe wandering around the neighborhood lost with all my luggage so I ended up booking somewhere else last minute. Apparently support was able to get ahold of the place and confirmed it……

“This little boutique hotel was just what I was looking for. It wasn't too far from the airport, but far enough out of the city to feel surrounded by nature and isolated from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a security gate where all vehicles must check in before entering which increased my feeling of safety. The room was clean, air conditioned, and included a mini fridge. The pool and grounds were lovely. And the customer service we received from Sergio at the front desk was……
