「We booked a 10-day stay in a renovated room. Unfortunately as we opened the door of our unit, we saw two big cockroaches walking through the kitchen! Thankfully we had not even set foot in the room, and the employee saw them too. He was very sorry but we decided not to stay at that hotel. They said they'd reimburse us but it can take up to 30 business days which is very long since we had to make another booking immediately somewhere else.」

Maybe it is a cultural thing, or maybe it is people with big dreams, or too much greed that build these masive properties, but don’t follow up with proper maintenance. 「I booked this hotel in the last minute when we arrive The receptionist very nice very Easy to get into my room. The reception walk with us to the room and explain how everything is. Price was excellent. 2 blocks to the beach restaurant. Excellent we tried pasta primavera with red sauce and also with Alfredo sauce. Also, Fried Fish sEverything was good. I highly recommended.」
