“Clean room and property, mostly friendly staff, and not a bunch of rude guests like most bigger resorts. It's not on the beach which we knew going into it, but not a far walk to the Mayan beach or pool. There were never any beach chairs avaliable but really didn't bother us. Breakfast was decent and the young man working in there was extremely polite and friendly. If you're looking for a 5 star resort on the beach this isn't it, but it's a nice resort with a "small town" feel. We moved to……

“We loved our stay here. The rooms are clean and modern with good AC and wifi, hot shower, and comfy bed. The breakfast buffet was very good. Menu selection changed a bit every day and service was outstanding. Dinner was also very good - we ate there twice during our stay. It's a short walk to the beach, with good snorkeling there, or very reasonable rates to join a snorkel tour through the hotel dive shop.”

“We had a great stay overall. The hotel is located right in the main tourist area, close to everything and surrounded by other hotels, which is very convenient. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and we were lucky as there was almost no seaweed during our stay. Only one day, right before we left, a lot of sargassum washed in. The rooms could use some updating, and the food felt more like filler food than anything memorable.
