「Although a little rough to get to, it's more than well worth the effort. The space is beautifully appointed, comfortable, and has a staff that are attentive and ready to help worth anything. 「Overall, the resort is beautiful. I’m not sure if it’s just the culture or if the staff needs additional training in responding to guest requests in a timely fashion. Service at breakfast was exceptionally slow. The wait staff didn’t always understand English. The menu listed that eggs could be made to order however, it didn’t matter how we ordered them they always came scrambled. The espresso machine was broken our entire stay. The cleanliness our unit was just OK. Housekeeping only came once...
