If you want incredible scuba diving with the on site dive shop run by Turquoise Divers you can do boat and shore dives on spectacular walls and reefs. Although a bit remote on a quiet part of the island, it is very secure and they offer all sorts of excursions by boat and bus. There is a calm cove for swimming and snorkeling, nice pools and very family friendly. Food is fine and the drinks are cold. Entertainment nightly, although it can be cheezy but fun! They do offer very reasonable airport transportation. One of the best priced all-inclusives on the island, with awesome diving!!!

Hotel is dated but definitely clean, and well kept. Staff is helpful and provided good customer service. The beach needs to be cleaned, too much seaweed and many rocks, no able to enjoy it. The good options are limited and lacking flavor, the beverage choice is lacking as well. Hotel is located a bit remotely and leaving the facilities will cost you a fortune.

Although the hotel is showing some age, the staff and the surrounding natural beauty are nothing short of fabulous. The rooms/cabanas are neat and clean, the dining and bar area is great and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. We can’t wait to return and have recommended this property to everyone.

Very quiet, out of the way place to relax by the beach or pool. Plenty of places to sit. It’s about a hour away from West End, the main tourist area. Food was ok. We were there for a week and so it got little monotonous but overall it was a good place to stay.

Very beautiful and relaxing and exclusive. It was not busy at all. The individual buildings are great the staff was very friendly. Everything just needed some maintenance or some more attention to it than it was maybe getting. like some of the pathways were very uneven and difficult to walk on there were some areas in the bathroom that you felt like you were going to fall through the floor, tge toilet sounded like it was gonna shift every time you sat, just cuz everything wasn't real tight just just little things that could need maintenance we needed to get help to get the hot water turned on and that took like 2 days but otherwise it was beautiful if you're going there for snorkeling it's perfect you'll be able to snorkel everyday right off the beach you don't even have to do any of the excursions but there are excursions available to many beautiful places and it is worth it to do that it's not close to any of the other resorts so I would make your Excursion plans or your transportation plans ahead of time if possible otherwise Elder at the hotel is great if you have any problems with motion sickness the the car rides can be just as harrowing as any plane would be for you so be prepared for that bring any amenities that you wouldn't normally bring to a five-star Resort you must bring lotion they didn't have cappuccino bar they didn't have a gift shop it was it was beautiful and relaxing but limited options

EVERYTHING was very clean, including the rooms, pool decks, pool chairs, beach chairs, dining tables, etc. The staff did a great job keeping everything clean! All staff was kind, helpful, and fun! Drinks from the bar were also delicious and all completely included the price (no drink maximum/limit).

The room was cleaned daily and restocked with fresh bottled water. There were a few stand-out servers: Gektor and Andy specifically. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, from the security staff to the entertainment staff to the hotel staff. We were welcomed as if we had come “home”.

The staff was friendly and nice. However, if you don't speak Spanish use a translator app, bc if you need something, it won't get done. The food is only buffet style, and a very small selection 2/10. The property is quiet and relaxing, so if you came to party, this isn't the place for you. My room had big gaps in the door frame, which let the bugs walk right in. Overall the property/rooms were clean, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Media Luna Resort heavily markets its amenities and “5-star” experience, but unfortunately, the reality does not live up to the hype. While the overall concept of the resort is appealing and the staff are mostly young, energetic, and genuinely friendly, poor management, outdated equipment, and weak customer service significantly impact the guest experience. The resort would benefit greatly from reallocating resources. Rather than offering a large quantity of mediocre food options, a smaller menu with higher-quality meals would be a major improvement. Additionally, the water system throughout the resort needs serious investment, as it does not meet the expectations of a property claiming luxury status. Basic guest services are also lacking. Front-door service with golf carts to transport guests to and from their bungalows should be standard, yet it is noticeably absent. Even more concerning is how housekeeping staff are expected to work. Seeing cleaning crews push supplies uphill in wheelbarrows is not only shocking but unsafe—especially for a resort branding itself as “prestigious.” Providing proper equipment would protect staff and reflect a higher standard of care and professionalism. The outdated infrastructure is evident throughout the property. Bathrooms using ball valves as flushing handles is unacceptable
