I was celebrating my 30th wedding anniversary staff made the bed so beautiful with swans flowers and certificates and a bottle of wine 10 out 10 Second year staying in the property, just heard that Melia is taking over God willing you guys will be seeing me next year. Staff is very attentive.

La habitacion estaba limpia, la playa privada tambien, muy agradable. El personal atiende rapido en las comidas. La comida estuvo bien, aunque no habian muchas opciones en el snack bar. Buen servicio, buenas habitaciones, un precio justo por lo ofrecido. Muy tranquilo y se puede descansar bien.

Everything was good at the restaurant, the staff was juste wonderful and the animation team was so great. Thanks to Tyron and Andrea to be There for what ever i need and see if everything was ok. The property was absolutely amazing!! We were able to snorkel and even scuba dive directly from the resort! Food was great, staff was wonderful!! Few minor things could be upgraded and made this place even better, like the hammocks in the water that they advertise. But all in all, absolutely amazing!!!

It's got all the things you want with a reliable all-inclusive - clean rooms, good design, great food, beach access, organized activities - with a small, family-owned feel. The food felt home-cooked and the dining area felt intimate enough to recognize other folks staying, but the rooms were spread out enough to have your own little getaway.

The Hotel Is So Far From Everything it’s a hour drive to west end/ West Bay & So You Will Be Taking Cabs Everywhere & they are very expensive They Have The Same Food Every Single Day Nothing Changes & there’s No food after 8pm no snacks no nothing only water so you will be hungry at night time The Excursion People Never came to the resort They only have 1 bar and they don’t open until 11am & They Close At 10:30pm The Staff Is Very Good That’s the only plus overall I feel like I got ripped off it’s not what they portray it to be

The resort has great potential. If you want a quiet place to get away it's perfect. It's very safe. Bring your own toiletries. The staff are so nice. The activities team are really fun, they try to keep everyone engaged. They dance and have karaoke. They jumped in the pool to play volleyball with my husband then other people joined in. It was great. The food can definitely use an upgrade. They made it up to us on Friday and Saturday. The menu was great. They need to have things like that everyday. They made a special dinner for us and it was fantastic. Everyone was really really nice. Very respectful.

Although the hotel is showing some age, the staff and the surrounding natural beauty are nothing short of fabulous. The rooms/cabanas are neat and clean, the dining and bar area is great and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. We can’t wait to return and have recommended this property to everyone.
