「Everything was excellent」

「We loved our stay here. The rooms are clean and modern with good AC and wifi, hot shower, and comfy bed. The breakfast buffet was very good. Menu selection changed a bit every day and service was outstanding. Dinner was also very good - we ate there twice during our stay. It's a short walk to the beach, with good snorkeling there, or very reasonable rates to join a snorkel tour through the hotel dive shop.」

「Clean room and property, mostly friendly staff, and not a bunch of rude guests like most bigger resorts. It's not on the beach which we knew going into it, but not a far walk to the Mayan beach or pool. There were never any beach chairs avaliable but really didn't bother us. Breakfast was decent and the young man working in there was extremely polite and friendly. If you're looking for a 5 star resort on the beach this isn't it, but it's a nice resort with a "small town" feel. We moved to...

「We arrived past 10pm for check in and lobby was closed. The security guard had our keys and led us to our suite i just thought it was a bit awkward though the guard was extremely nice. Next morning the breakfast staff didnt want to serves us breakfast as we didnt have the the hotel bands in-our wrists. Overall hotel was ok, beach was nice, pool and gardens」
