「Lovely hotel with clean and spacious room. Staff was extremely helpful. My phone stopped working and they hekp me try to fix it and recommended the nearest repair shop. I had to leave very early so they let me into the dining room early to enjoy one of the best and most varied breakfast buffets I have ever had.」

「The AC in the room barely worked. Temperature never went below 24 degree even if it ran all day. Room was hot. The Bathroom of room 420 has a window right next to the shower . People on the street and the next building can see inside, especially at night. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed in (among a few hundred) where they need you to wear a swimming cap to enter the pool. never seen that. As a result pool is always empty :(」

「A beautiful simple gust house with an excellent dinner experience. Staff were friendly and accommodating.」

「Room was fine. No fridge which was a bit of a disappointment. The Diamo restaurant was excellent. Great food and reasonable prices, highly recommended.」

「Excellent place to enjoy nature, relax and enjoy local cuisine. This is a family own business wish make you feel like home. The room has everything you need to cook your own meals or visit the town local restaurant and gave a good time. Thank you for the hospitality.」

「Super」

「Bien pour le prix à trois personnes」

「Great location.」

「From the moment we arrived to our departure we were welcomed as if it was our home. The hotel décor is exquisite, the views breath taking and the management & staff professional & friendly. Sadly we had a long journey ahead, so unable to enjoy an extensive and beautifully presented choice for breakfast.」

I stayed here for 5 nights. Housekeeping skipped changing our bath towels twice. When we brought this up to the front desk, there was absolutely no response. The staff just walked into the room to grab the towels without saying a single word. Furthermore, there were no tissues provided in the room, and not even a single trash can outside of the bathroom. We had to pile up our own trash inside the room, leaving banana peels and garbage sitting there for all 5 days without being...

「A beautiful location in the Pyrenees, this hotel was charming and welcoming. A lovely room with a view of the mountains and welcoming staff. I was a bit disappointed that the restaurant was closed the evening i was there but I had a nice meal at the restaurant next door. No elevator and no air conditioning were the only slight negatives but it didn't negatively affect my stay. Recommended!」
