“Beautiful hotel, our room was great. Only issue was internet was nearly impossible to log into. We had to ask desk staff several times to assist and finally night before leaving we were able to get ipads on system. There was no password given to guests, shouldn't be this hard to get internet service on devices. “The hotel is perfect, nothing to complaint, inside the train station, extremely good location for tourists taking Renfe. But be frank, I felt being cheated by hotels.com I booked Junior Suit (which is more expensive) because I saw the photos provided by Hotels.com, and I was impressed by the wonderful view. “very good location, many restaurant nearby. Hotel has no parking but can park in the public parking which few mins walk to hotel. Hotel has deal with the parking we only need to pay €17 a day to the hotel. We live at 11F suite room 1105 , the room is big but many things broke, the bed room door handle broke, the toilet glass door not easy to close, some light cant turn on .....”

“This place is ideal for hikers! Very clean rooms right next door to a big supermarket at a fantastic price. Single rooms are facing inner courtyard and are very quiet despite the fact that the place is located at the main road. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. Great value for the price!”
