The experience was amazing and loved how friendly the staff was. One of the things that we did not like as much, was how hard the bed was. Other than the bed, it was great overall.

Nice, friendly and helpful personnel at the lobby attended us when arrived. The hotel is well located at walkable distance to the main attractions. Its location is also easily tracked by the GPS.... Parking is very convenient. We would suggest that adding courtesy coffee and water to the room won't increase the hotel's cost significantly and in turn will make it more attractive to guests.

Is well located in the city with transportation near by and dining options all around. Very safe area to walk around. However, when I was in my room I had to call 10 times to get a hold of the front desk to get an iron for a shirt which never arrived, thankfully a lady who was doing housekeeping nearby handed me the iron i needed with urgency

Ideal para eventos en el Pabellón Príncipe Felipe

Hotel muy bien posicionado para eventos al Pabellón. Muy bien comunicado y negocios cerca para comer o comprar comida. Cerca del Casco Antiguo. La única excepción es que nos tocó una habitación en la 2a planta que daba a la parte trasera y molestó mucho el ruido de los motores externos.
